Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Zero Tolerance Policy: Pretty Live has a strict, absolute zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

At Pretty Live, the safety of minors is our highest priority. We explicitly prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, streaming, or dissemination of any content that exploits, harms, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to, the sharing of CSAM and the grooming or sexualization of minors.

1. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

Under no circumstances may users use the Pretty Live platform to:

  • Broadcast, upload, share, or request any media depicting the sexual abuse, exploitation, or sexualization of minors.
  • Engage in grooming behavior, including attempting to connect with minors for sexual purposes or soliciting inappropriate images.
  • Share links to external sites containing or promoting CSAM or child exploitation.
  • Encourage, promote, or glorify child abuse or exploitation in chat, audio rooms, user profiles, or live video streams.

2. Detection and Moderation

We actively monitor our platform to prevent the spread of CSAE. Our moderation efforts include:

  • Automated Scanning: We utilize advanced content filtration and automated hashing technologies to proactively detect known CSAM before it can be shared or viewed.
  • Human Review: Our dedicated Trust and Safety team monitors live streams, flagged content, and user reports 24/7 to identify emerging risks or inappropriate behavior.
  • Age Restrictions: Pretty Live explicitly prohibits users under the age of 18 (or the legal age of digital consent in the user's jurisdiction) from broadcasting live video.

3. Enforcement and Reporting to Authorities

If we discover any violating content or behavior matching these criteria, we take immediate and severe action:

  • Immediate Suspension: Any account found to be uploading, requesting, or distributing CSAE will be permanently disabled and banned from the platform immediately, without warning.
  • Law Enforcement Notification: We strictly comply with internal reporting guidelines to escalate instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant international law enforcement agencies.
  • Preservation of Data: We will preserve all necessary account details, IP logs, and evidence to assist law enforcement in their investigations.

4. How to Report CSAE

Keeping Pretty Live safe is a community effort. If you encounter any content or behavior on our platform that you suspect involves the exploitation or abuse of a minor, we urge you to report it immediately.

  • In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button on a user's profile, live stream, or direct message, and select "Child Endangerment/Abuse" as the reason.
  • Direct Contact: You can urgently report suspected CSAE directly to our Trust and Safety team by emailing safety@prettylive.app.
