Delete Your Pretty Live Account

We're sorry to see you go! If you wish to permanently delete your Pretty Live account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

To delete your account:

1. Open the Pretty Live app on your device.
2. Go to your Profile tab.
3. Navigate to Settings, then select Delete Account.
4. Tap the Delete Account button to send a formal request to our support team.

Data Deleted:

Once your account deletion is processed, the following information is permanently removed from our active systems:

• Username
• Email address / Phone number
• Profile picture
• Messages, chat history, and sent/received gifts

Retention Policy:

• No personal data is retained after the account deletion process is fully completed.
• We may keep certain transaction logs and billing records for up to 90 days strictly for legal, fraud prevention, and security reasons.
