By accessing or using Pretty Live, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

When you register an account or use certain features of the Service, you may provide us with:

  • Account Information: name, username, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Profile Information: profile photo, bio, social media links, and other optional details you choose to add.
  • Payment Information: billing name, payment card details, or mobile wallet information when making in-app purchases. Payment data is processed by our third-party payment providers and we do not store full card numbers.
  • User-Generated Content: live video streams, recorded videos, photos, audio, comments, messages, gifts, and any other content you broadcast or share on the platform.
  • Communications: messages you send to other users, customer support inquiries, and feedback you submit to us.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data, including:

  • Device Information: device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (IMEI, IDFA, Android Ad ID), mobile network information, and browser type.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, app features accessed, crash reports, and diagnostic data.
  • Location Information: approximate location derived from IP address, and with your permission, precise GPS location for location-based features.
  • Usage Data: pages or screens viewed, features used, time spent in the app, interactions with content, and engagement metrics (likes, follows, gifts sent and received).
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: we use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to recognize you, remember preferences, and serve relevant content.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, including:

  • Social Login Providers: if you register or log in using a social account (e.g., Facebook, Google, Apple), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider.
  • Analytics Partners: aggregated analytics data to understand how users engage with the Service.
  • Payment Processors: transaction confirmation and fraud-prevention signals.
  • Other Users: information included when another user interacts with you, mentions you, or reports you.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Analytics & Improvement: to analyze usage trends, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Service's features and performance.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Public Information

Your username, profile photo, bio, public streams, and content you post publicly are visible to all users of the Service, including unregistered visitors. Live streams may be recorded and remain accessible after the broadcast ends unless you delete them.

3.2 Other Users

When you interact with other users—such as by sending gifts, comments, or messages—certain information related to that interaction may be visible to those users.

3.3 Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service, including cloud hosting providers, payment processors, push notification services, analytics providers, content delivery networks (CDNs), fraud prevention services, and customer support platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it as directed by us.

3.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy proceeding, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent in-app notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3.5 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or government request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation; (b) protect our rights, property, or safety; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public; or (d) detect and prevent fraud.

3.7 We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

Pretty Live does not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Virtual Currency, Gifts

Pretty Live offers virtual currency (Coins or equivalent) and virtual gifts that can be purchased with real money and sent to streamers. Please note:

  • Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash except as expressly permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Streamer earnings are subject to our Host Program terms, payment thresholds, and verification requirements.

5. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at privacy@prettylive.app and we will take steps to delete such information. Users between 13 and 18 years of age may use the Service only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Derived analytics data that does not identify you personally may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Rights and Choices

7.1 Account Settings

You may access, update, or correct your profile information at any time through your account settings in the app.

7.2 Marketing Communications

You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email. You can manage push notifications through your device's notification settings. Opting out does not affect transactional communications.

7.3 Data Subject Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

11. Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications to your device regarding new followers, messages, gifts, live streams, and promotional offers. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's settings or within the app.

12. User-Generated Content and Live Streaming

Content you broadcast or share on Pretty Live, including live streams, video clips, comments, and profile information, may be viewed by other users globally. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must comply with our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates our policies. Recorded streams and clips may be cached on our servers and on CDN nodes in multiple regions.

13. Analytics and Advertising

We use analytics tools (such as Firebase, Adjust, or similar SDKs) to understand app performance and user engagement. We may display in-app advertising and use advertising SDKs that collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can limit ad tracking through your device settings. We do not share precise real-time location data with advertisers.

14. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants you specific rights, including:

  • The right to know about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • The right to delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined under CCPA.
